Education Freedom Tax Credit

MORE BREAKING NEWS ON THE EFTC!

Beginning January 1, 2027, the Education Freedom Tax Credit (EFTC) will allow individual taxpayers to receive a federal income tax credit of up to $1,700 for qualified cash contributions to an approved Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO). Married couples filing jointly may receive a combined credit of up to $3,400.

Bethel Christian Academy is working to provide our families and supporters with access to an approved SGO through which qualified contributions can be made to help provide scholarships for eligible students.

This is exciting news for Bethel Christian Academy and could provide significant scholarship assistance to qualifying BCA families beginning in 2027.
